Thank you to everyone who responded to my first message. My CFBN newt is now eating very well (so well that has lead me to my next question) and has put on weight. YAY!

My next questions or these:
1. How often should a newt eat? Will a newt stop eating when he is full or can I overfeed him?

2. How important is variety in their diet? If I find something that works should I just stick with it? or will he strat rejecting it eventually out of boredom?

3. This question is about social behavior. Are CFBN newts social animals or terriotorial? Is my newt lonely? He is all alone, and I don't want him to be bored... I have a 15-gallon tank, 2/3 of which is filled with water, and 1/2 of which has an udergravel filtration system.

Anyone have any info on where I could get more newts online or in the South FLorida Area?

Thanks!!!
