Blotched or patternless, olive or brown or black? Actually I have an erythrogaster transgaster or maybe a flaviversa.
I have seen examples of both subspecies that are similar in colouration. If it were not for the fact that a distinct blotch series runs down his back, I would say that he is a true melanistic flavigaster. He also has blue eyes!
On a "shot in the dark note", I aquired him from Florida.
Truly a gorgeous snake. And I am making every effort to provide pictures, honest.
