no,i was really being serious. if you want something to hold and pet then do get a dog or cat. if you want something that shows little emotion but is extremely intriguing, intelligent, elusive then get a reptile. please don't ask questions if you don't like the answers. yes beardies are good "pets" but they will never be loyal to you, they will never come to their name, they won't lick your face and they aren't good cuddlers. a lot of people want to find those things in reptiles, it just doesn't happen. however if your motives are right then do get a reptile like i said they are a joy to keep. andrew
