I've gotten successful breedings from a few females that were brumated only 4 weeks or so (not counting two weeks fasting prior to the "cold room" and a week bring them out slowly afterwards, so really a seven week process. If I were you i'd leave them down a full two months. remember brumation isn't just temperature, it's reduced periodicity of light and reduced food intake, too.
:Your male's plenty big enough. the female's marginal. If she's gonna breed she'll feed vigorously when you bring her up and could add up to 50% body weight by the time she's shed two or three times. Since she's small, I'd recommend waiting til after the third shed to breed her if you can...that'll give her more time to grow & be older at the onset of breeding.
