Welcome to the forums!
Some females will lay eggs even if they never copulate with a male, another possibility could be that the male is a "dud" and doesn't produce viable sperm.
It was a good idea to add a humid hide/lay box.
Also make sure the female has a calcium dish available, she will lick up calcium as needed thoughout the egg laying process.
