Weird egg... question for breeders!

I had an egg that ballooned up to 3x the size of its clutchmate. For the last week I thought it was going to hatch at any time...and it waited for about an hour ago. 4th little one of the season.
It's the tiniest hatchling I've seen yet.
She looks healthy so far...she's just skinny. Cute little circleback tho.

The egg on the other hand...still looked like there was something in it...so I pulled the hole open some more. There was a membrane with some pussy looking pink tissue inside. There were veins running all through it. It looked like it was sectioned off from the other side of the egg.
Could this egg almost have had the chance of having twins inside?
Just seems like an interesting question that I'd like an opinion on.
Anyone else have something like that happen before?
