I wasn't even aware that our brilliant government was making another attempt to screw over the herpers in this state. Isn't it great how people who want to keep their pets would have to jump through a million hoops, spend a lot of dough abnd give up their right to privacy ("Animal control/staff must be permitted to enter the premises at all reasonable times") just to keep their pets? I love this country..........
