Yo, chill, mambamike. This is proposed in Washington STATE not DC. These legislature vote on school taxes and highway funds, not Bush's war and unemployment.

BTW: This bill is modeled after existing legislation in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties, which account for more than half of the state's population already.
