among us we see it as a stupid mistake by one of the super stores that probably shouldn't be selling some animals ( reptiles for one ) because of their past history but i doubt if the general public sees it this way and therefore what could happen is exactly what you posted Kevin. Now we see in the new issue of Reptile Magazine this company is launching the sales of Ball Pythons as a special sale around the first of the new year. It wouldn't be so bad if this company had a decent track record of keeping animals healthy, in the right kind of cages/caging, the right kind of food, and experianced employees.

: I agree also . The only thing I see in this is if the press got ahold of such a story that it would start another wave of all pet shops are "evil " articles with AR groups leading the way . Such happenings do not reflect well on our hobby nor folks who keep rats or mice for pets . Also the person who " helped " should at the very least be suspended for such poor customer service .

: Where I work had I treated a customer so shodely I would have been fired on the spot .
