I agree also . The only thing I see in this is if the press got ahold of such a story that it would start another wave of all pet shops are "evil " articles with AR groups leading the way . Such happenings do not reflect well on our hobby nor folks who keep rats or mice for pets . Also the person who " helped " should at the very least be suspended for such poor customer service .

Where I work had I treated a customer so shodely I would have been fired on the spot .
