What would really save all reptiles & amphibians

I know a way to ensure the survival of these creatures
for as long as possible. Allow every woman in the world
to give birth to only one baby, immediatly after birth
sterilization would commence. By doing so we ensure the
population of human beings, the worst pest in the history
of the Earth, is being properly managed. After a few hundred
years of this the sanction could be lifted for a time.
