If you had your facts straight before you tried to tell it on the mountain youd know that
SHAWN DID NOT GET CITED FOR BABY TURTLES AT ANY TIME. FDA did not do anything. FDA has authority over regulating baby turtles, it is a health issue. FDA agents where there but an inside source said that all they did was scrath their heads and left shortly after the raid. DNR tried to enforce that issue under different circumstances that you cannont have turtles under 4 inches in your possession AT ALL, no loop holes, no exceptions. We are talking about massive confusion over man-power and understanding the law. Show me where it says you need ask if the turtles are for scientific or bla bla bla, and if it is what happens if it is not. No different that if someone takes glue and sniffs it. It's a know hazard that is illegal. But no one asks. Its all in good faith. So your whole argument just went out the window.
