:only if the person doing the busting has no authority
there were officials there from the FDA. They have the authority, it is their law.
:over a questionable law
what is questionable about the law? it says you can't sell baby turtles except under certain circumstances. The existance of the law may be questionable but the law itself is not.
:that they themselves dont fully understand
what don't they understand. He was cited for selling baby turtles. sounds to me like they understood pefectly well.
:or know how to relagate
do you mean regulate, if so then they are regulating it by issuing the citation. Besides you don't regulate a law, you enforce it, and thats what they did.
:and used it simply as a scapegoat to go after something else ;)
what else did they go after?
:Where you at the show......
Not this one, but many others. were you there?
:like a lighthouse in a dense fog.....bright....but useless
