Humidity????

Well, i've looked. I've read, and there is all kinds of information about heating, housing, and bedding. But nothing about humidity. I have a young desert king snake, and he is constantly sleeping in his watter dish. This made me wonder if the house, and his tank is too dry. Anyone know what a "prefered" humidity level for these snakes is???
