...and heat rocks are NO GOOD. i would suggest tossing it in the trash where it belongs before your snake gets hurt. there are many alternatives such as lamps, heating pads, heat tape, etc. also you will want to look into getting a different enclosure for your snake. my cal king currently resides in a 4'x2'x2' enclosure. good luck and enjoy your new pet ;)
