I took my boa and my ball python in last year for my snake presentation I did in Biology. They did fine, a little stressed but other than that they were cool. The kids in the class loved them and my Biology teacher still refers to me as "snake lady".

Ive also taken them to the local Boys and Girls club for another presentation. Again, they did fine. I came around with my ball python for the kids to pet, she was perfect. In fact I think she ate the next day or the day after.

I say: If the animals do fine and you enjoy showing them off then go for it. Education is always a good thing.
