:Does anyone have advice on my upcoming situation?

:I am about to sell my house here in southern california, in favor of the backwoods of maine. my problem is that i do not have any idea what i'm going to do with my indigos!

:my adult pair are housed in 6x3 cages, and i dont have any extra 6x3's lying around, sadly enough.

:what would be the best way to ship my indigos AND have adequate caging ready for them when they arrive in maine?

:i really dont feel like spending 10k on shipping these behemoth cages overnight. i reckon i can buy extra cages and have them delivered to my new house, but if there are any delays in escrow, or being able to live in the new acquisition, then i'll be in a tremendous bind!

:maybe i can persuade carl to indigo sit for me? :)

:any input would be helpful.

:Thanks!
:dave (RB)

dave, you can keep them temporarily in those big plastic tubs from walmart or kmart. they're real cheap and you can re-use them later for lots of things. the snakes won't know the difference over the short haul....back woods of maine huh? you're gonna have a tougher time adjusting than your animals! you're aware that a maine summer lasts all of about a week and a half right? LOL! good luck!!
