Now, Doug knows a lot more about this than I do, but Doug, even if you give it away don't you still need a permit for the snake to transfer from one state to another?

:You can give an Indigo away to anyone who can legally possess the snake under their own state's laws. It has to be a legit gift though, with no trade, barter or conditions.
