You can give an Indigo away to anyone who can legally possess the snake under their own state's laws. It has to be a legit gift though, with no trade, barter or conditions.

:I know you need a federal permit to sale an Indigo to someone out of state. My question is this....can I Gift it to a family member who lives out of state? Legally? Please let me. Thanks.
