Well, I see at least one problem with this list. The first is that they don't mention who did the testing and what their experimental method was. the problem with oxalate is that it's very difficult to get the right levels in a food composition test. It's just difficult to work with.
The other problem I see is that they don't give any values for what "high", "medium" or "low" actually means. Therefore, you can't objectively decide if you agree with their criteria. Some of those foods in the "high" section have far higher levels of oxalate than others. Parsley and spinach are in no way comparable to collards. They just have so much more oxalate.
