The only additional advice that I would add to what is currently here (Kitty & HD) would be to add some Pedialyte or Gatorade, preferably Pedialyte to help get his electrolytes in balance. You may be dealing with dehydration also and this will help. (Pedialyte can be found with the baby food stuff. At one time there had been this product under a different name in powder form and you could mix up a little at a time. This would be more cost effective for you if it is still available.) Use it to help thin out your pureed veggies or baby food; you can also mix it with the water in the water dish.
