I called C.S. this morning and spoke with the receptionist, telling her I had a complaint about Ask Shagge and what the best way to handle it. I mentioned R. Newcombe's name and she pointed out that he wouldn't be the one handling it. She sez direct your email or snail mail to "Editor of Ask Shagge", altho she again pointed out she's not certain if the editor is the one who will handle it BUT it will be a red flag for her. The email and mail goes thru the receptionist first.

I guess you can always cc Newcombe on it too.
