I noticed from your list that many of the food items have both pros and cons associated with them. For example:
Collards- high Ca but also high goitrogens
Some fruits- High fiber but also high oxalates
Legumes- high protien but also high phytates
Just goes to show there is no one perfect food; I suppose this underscores the need to offer variety in the diet. I see you have stated this; perhaps it should be EMPHASIZED?
