Thanks to all you who responded!...This is just a little list meant to be expanded on or modified.Im working on Calcium now big time!And nutrient values of edible plants(if ya know a link HELP!!!!) as far as:
yams...the nutrition book I have specifically lists sweet potato and excludes yams for some reason. So I searched the USDA Nutrient Database..and found under "yam" a CA:P ratio of @ 1:3.3 for "sweet potato" it lists a CA:P ratio of @1:1.3 perhaps that's why.
same goes with that exotic cabbage IZ!...lumped it with "cabages"/goitrogenic!!Once in awhile is ok!
hibiscus leaves...workin on it...no info yet on nutrative values , contents on edible flowers
peas....snow peas, anykind of peas..legumes
