In my opinion, I'd suggest not using it. Since your iguana is 4 years old and you're feeding your iguana greens, he/she is probably getting enough protein from the greens.

If your iguana is under weight chances are, it's from the worms. Give your iguana time to recover. Did your Vet recommend a second test after treatment for the worms? What I'd be watching out for now, is the "good" bacteria in his/her intestinal
Did you get any blood work done when the Vet checked for worms? I'd be interested in hearing what was found if you did have the test done.
