In my opinion, I'd suggest not using it. Since your iguana is 4 years old and you're feeding your iguana greens, he/she is probably getting enough protein from the greens.
If your iguana is under weight chances are, it's from the worms. Give your iguana time to recover. Did your Vet recommend a second test after treatment for the worms? What I'd be watching out for now, is the "good" bacteria in his/her intestinal track; which helps break down and process the iguanas food. If this has been damaged, it can cause problems. If it's ok, your iguana should start gaining weight. I'd increase feeding everyday. Harry get's fed two to three times a day at the age of 1 1/2 years. Since your iguana has some catching up to do, I'd be offering him as much salad as he wants and also be including Vits. dusted over 1 serving a day for the first few weeks. Then dust only every other day. I'm thinking that your iguana has lacked the Vits from the worms, so giving him/her some additional Vits won't hurt.
Did you get any blood work done when the Vet checked for worms? I'd be interested in hearing what was found if you did have the test done.
