A while back I posted that I was adopting a Green Iguana from a
coworker that needed some emergency care. Apparently, this
animal sustained severe thermal burns on its back and tops of its
rear legs. I got him 3 months ago, since then he is doing really
well. His scars have improved with every shed. My question is that
half the spines down his back have been burned off permanently, but
some have just curled a little. He has been unable to shed these
spines efficiently and I was wondering if I should cut them and allow
them to regrow? Thank you in advance.
