Ok, if it is just in one spot and the whole jaw is not soft and swollen than it doesn't sound like MBD. It probably is an abscess. Did you check out the page Iguanamomma posted?

If you don't get the vet info from her (although I am sure she will send it) check out Melissa Kaplans site she has a vet listing that is pretty extensive.

Also LLL Reptile Supply (there is a link on the Kingsnake.com main page) was selling Zoomeds Reptilight 5.0 UVB bulb for 18.99 any size on superspecial.

Keep us posted on Bogart's condition.

Glad to hear Shemp is doing better. Still having trouble getting him to eat the good stuff? I noticed you mentioned you were not feeding any more animal protein, that is great!! So now you have the UVB bulb do you still have a heat bulb too?
