Kitty is right, the diet doesn't sound that great. Although supplementing with calcium helps. If you haven't done so already check out Melissa Kaplan's site. In addition to some good advice on basic nutrition she also has a list of good reptile vets around the country. I would also recommend Jennifer Swafford's site for diet recommendations.
You don't mention any other heat sources other than the rock which I recommend you lose. What about lighting such a UVB, igs need it to process D3 and keep MBD at bay? If you don't have heat lamps and a UVB light (they are not the same thing) I would recommend getting them ASAP!
In addtion I am going to e-mail Desiree (she posts here a lot and lives up around LA) I will ask her to post a recommendation here for a vet if she can. She is very busy.
