What does his diet consist of (in general)?
How OLD/big is he? (guess if you need to)
What are the temps in his enclosure?
What is the humidity?
Is there any dried area at his vent?
Is there any swelling below & side in front of back legs?

I'd try soaking his food with water or adding whole wheat bread SOAKED in water for a few days
get fluids IN him. If this is an older ig. I'd have him checked out by a vet ASAP....just the fact that you posted says your concerned. I would be too!
