Since your iguana was treated before, for digest problems, I would suggest getting a stool sample tested. Also, what IguanaM said about fruit is another reason for stools to be on da wet side. There is another too, if you feed your iguana stems from collard greens or other greens which hold alot of water inside them, this can cause your iguana to have wet stools too. But with the treatment you talked about before, I would be concern with knowing that nothing more has come up from the past problems with your iguana's digestion track. This is just my opinion.
