Runny stools could be symptom of parasites. BUT it could also just be the result of what he's been eating. Think back to what you fed him maybe 2 days before a runny stool and your answer might be there. Did he eat a large amount of fruit one day then next day or day after have runny stool? That sort of thing. See if you can find a relationship with food before you worry about it being something worse. If there have been NO changes in diet, then you may be wise to have a fecal exam done to check for parasites.
