Jeff ...if this is a new cage for her..Id say its normal behavioral acting up....if you are just beginning to let her free roam & outside (oh boyeee!!) then put her back in Id say it normal cuz she want's out.Iguanas are pretty clean animals...they poop & run as far as they can go to get away from their own poop! So she's tailpainting for a reason...shes unhappy & letting you know it! After my male ig (who's caged) has pooped ...he makes a big fuss...scratching and clamoring about in his cage for me to go & clean it up! he's so testy!....if she is digging and scratching & orange , has stopped eating...Id say she's GRAVID!! any possibility of the latter? She's about the right age!....anyway food for thought.
