Hey not a problem. It looked like you got a lot of advice below. I strongly urge you to check out the two sites listed by iZ's Mom. Diet and lighting are very important to an igs health and happiness.

In regards to the UVB lighting, I have heard that also (can't remember where). It was something about after six months the effect is greatly reduced. I have also heard that you should replace them as soon as they start showing grey bands at the ends. I know they are expensive, but hey our igs are worth it. So I would error on the side of caution and replace them every six or so.
