Hi !
I hope everyone is ok. I just wanted to show you a few pics and at the same
time tell you that...
Even if my two female iguanas were properly spayed last year they still have
shown/are showing a few signs of being in breeding season. This is a surprise
to me since I haven't heard or read that it could still be so. But according
to Melissa Kaplan, to whom I mentioned this, it is not uncommon.
What I have noticed is
- Less appetite
- Suddenly zero growth (age 3.5 years)
- Faster than normal growing claws
- signs of restlessness/exploring
However, what I don't have noticed is
- breeding colors
- increased drinking (of wter)
- breaking of potty habits
