there's absolutely no way that any of us can positively tell you what is up with Bull's leg and he NEEDS to see an ig-vet as soon as possible ...

now, it's very possible that Bull just kinda pulled a muscle and it's no big deal ... but it's ALSO very possible that he managed to break a bone, in which case he NEEDS A DOCTOR NOW ...

we can help you with ALOT of things, but sight unseen diagnosis is not one of them ...

while you're at it ~ take a fresh poop sample to the vet's with you + have it checked for parasites ~ most igs have worms until they're treated for them (same as puppie + kittens do ...) ...

take him to the doc + let us know how you're doin' ok?
