Write a strong letter to the the vet's supervisor or the president of that hospital. Letters get results. Do not take this laying down. Make a big stink. Call the hospital and find out who the head honcho is. Do not tell who gives you the info why you are calling. Once the info is obtained make sure "CC" copies are distributed to people who run the hospital.

50 phone calls = 1 letter. I work in the Legal arena , trust me on this, I do it for a living. I know.

In addition your efforts may protect the next iggy. Irresponsible people must be made accountable for their actions.

I may sound tough but i treat my herps like my kids.
