How often do iggy's do color change and how long without uvb

First how often do your iggy's do a color change? It seems every time Double D sheds she gets a diffrent shade to her, this time shes got a bit of a yellow shade to her green color. Also how often without UVB is going to cause a problem? We have had 3 power outages in two weeks and the power has been out at least 2 hours of her UVB time once or twice it was more like 4 hrs. Is this going to cause a problem or will her other exposure be okay ?
