Do they bite

I posted earlier about Godzilla wacking out,well I did as you all suggested and covered the cage and to leave him alone except for cleaning and feeding.
When I take him out of the cage to clean it he will thrash his tail at me and hiss,my question is with him being so aggressive do you think he will bite me?
