I would go with the radiated heat panels put out by Proproducts..also have terrific misters..if you aren't the do it yourself kind of guy.
website is
www.pros-products.com

Then there is also a radiated oil heaters puttin out up to 1500 watts they're sturdy & cost effective and can adjust your settings as desired.

To me ceramic heaters are ok if your enclosure is inside , small & not much wire. but they are dangerous if not strategically placed where ig can hurt himself...perhaps then even two ches 250 watters would be what your looking for.(heat cools as it rises right) the problem with alot of enclosures is that the ches usually sit up top with all the other lighting elements and the top of the cage is nice and toasty but thats as far as it goes. So unless you can safeguard your iguanas from contact with them..then it is prolly the cheapest way to go. Iguanas do fine when nite temps are 65-75 so maybe all you need to concentrate on is heating areas where they're sleeping. Dunno...its up to you...haven't seen a cermaic portable heater things that come to mind right off the bat is Can Igs burn themselves if accessible..check out proproducts I think you'd really like that setup.
