Walt's uncle was the head reseacher at UC Davis in California. The research was studying the effects of dairy products on humans. He said that it would scare everyone to death some of the thing that they have found out. He also states that the dairy industry has kept everything under wraps. He now travels the world lecturing on the evils of any dairy product consumption.

When I was listening to him, I just kept thinking that I would end up starving to death because I love dairy products.
