Even though he talked with me for a couple of hours. He talked in medical terminology. Thats why I can't repeat what he said. Boy I can talk computerese in a heart beat, but medicalese is a another language. Some of the things I comprehended enough was:
He said that our bodys do not digest milk byproducts and it was never meant to. It can actually restrict the way are bodys can fight diseases. Part of it is in the way it affects the blood and the ability to regulate our blood sugar levels. More and more children are coming down with diabetes. They researched this and had a group of diabetic children taken off all milk byproducts and in most cases the diabetes disappeared. 70% of these children returned to normal. It was like they had never had diabetes.
Believe me, there was a lot more that he said, but I doubt if I could repeat it with any reliability at all. Walt's uncle has turned into kind of a finatic (sp) about it. He is about 75 yrs old now, recently retired, and spent about 40 years in this research. He spends all his time lecturing about the evils of milk worldwide. When I met him he had just returned from China.
We don't drink that much milk, but cheese, we have it on almost everything, sandwiches, pizza, hamberger, tacos, lasanga, etc...
