Urgent, please help.....Iguana Hemeroids?

Hi all. Need some help here. My juvenille iguana today, I noticed, looked like she was going to go poopie on her basking spot.. which I thought strange as she is bathtub trained. I noticed it was not poop but like her intestines or something (red in color)coming out a little, then going back in. Anyone know what this is? Normal? Serious? Please help!

PS:
Her diet is lotsa greens (no spinich), alfalfa sprouts, soaked rabbit pellets, green beens, 10% fruit, and other like things I know are good for her. I studied the diet, environment, etc... quite a bit. She has a UV light, heating pad,basking spot, humidifier, etc... and full roam of a room. She is 26 " Snout to tail.
