THere was this iguana Fred who was in similar condition in Florida, and was rehabbed; I don't recall if Fred regained full use of her hind limbs or not. When I saw Fred (in early rehab stage), she tore at my heart strings; she's quite a spunky ig for one that was being nursed from poor health; she's my fav among his iguana group. Neil can perhaps give you some insight, from someone who has rehabbed a terribly bad case of MBD.
