Sorry to hear this...

I would set up a Zoomed UV tube light (Iguana 5) light in his basking spot-- have it on 12 hours per day to supplement when you don't have him outside. These should be changed every 6 months. The cheapest place to get them is online (try LLLreptile.com or Herpsupplies.com)

Aslo, lose the Kale-- you shouldn't feed your iguana kale on a regular basis. Make sure he gets lots of dandelion, collard greens, mustard greens and other foods high in calcium. The Repcal is a good brand-- I use that one too.
