Yolk peritonitis can be fatal to a gravid ig if not treated or rectified soon enough. A blood panel can help determine if a situation exists. If she hasn't laid another egg since this post, I would have her seen by a vet, in event of egg binding. You don't want to wait until she's so inactive, lethargic and weak; if a spay is required, a weak ig may not recover from the surgery. Also, an xray can help track the position of the eggs. A friend's ig had to be spayed because her eggs never left the ovarian area.
I am not trying to send you in a panic, but I think that these are things that every parent of a gravid ig should be aware about.
