Do you think it could be wet gangrene? That could have developed from burns, or from bad shed. He's such a little cutie, though.

I see little ones like him all the time, when I go around trying to find pet stores I can shop at (i.e., ones that don't sell iguanas). I always leave depressed; I can't have any more animals for quite a while. I am glad you rescued him.

Oh, that reminds me- I'll post about my trip to Today's Pet, in the Annapolis Mall.
