Once in awhile an iguana stays like that but usually they do return to normal. I would just give it more time. Is there anything else that may be stressing him out? I hope he snaps out of it soon. Sleestack just came out of breeding season although he still is leaving seminal plugs around. Perhaps you don't have that much longer.
