Does anyone here board reptiles for a fee? If so, do you have a contract?

I'd really like to see what other people's contracts look like, and what kind of statements you include in the contract to cover your (posterior!).

And if you don't mind... How do you calculate charges? Per day? Per meal? By length? Etc...
