I have done this as well. I have a friend who will take my stock (whatever I have is mostly from or thru her anyhow). I have written up a document and had it notorized. I have also made sure my family is aware of these wishes. If in the event I am incapacited and my fiance is fine, he will assume the duties. With the recent addition of the Leopard Tortoise, I realized I MUST have one child to carry on the family duties (but not for a while).
Anyhow Im off to go die now.
