Has anyone written herps into their wills?

Time, Tide and Lizard Bathtime Wait for No Man! I need advice on making sure Bud is cared for if I'm not around.

I'm not sick or anything, but I worry a lot. If anyone has gone through this before, can you tell me what would be a good starting point? My money mainly goes to the "Bud Livin' The Good Life Fund" and auto insurance, so I don't know if I can get a lawyer. Has anyone done this on their own? Will it still be legally binding? Thanks!
